Vi vill påminna alla intresserade om vår läsecirkel imorgon kl.17 på Panimoravintola Koulu (Eriksgatan 18). Evenemangsbeskrivning följer nedan.
Åbo gröna vänster började hösten 2016 att regelbundet hålla läsecirklar. Tanken var att läsa och diskutera sådana ämnen som vi själva önskade ha mera kunskap om. Nu fortsätter vi med att läsa boken: Economics The User’s Guide skriven av Ha-Joon Chang.
Vi fortsätter med andra halvan av boken eftersom vi redan läst första halvan på våren varefter vi bestämde oss för att ta en paus från läsecirklarna. Det är ingen fara om du inte har läst första halvan eller om du missat något kapitel. Du kan delta i alla fall! Tanken med våra läsecirklar är helt enkelt att diskutera och att hjälpa varandra förstå ämnen som angår samhället på ett eller annat sätt.
Nästa läsecirkel som är den 1.10 kl.17 läser vi och diskuterar kapitel 6 och 7 av Economics boken.
Det är fritt fram att bekanta dig med de tidigare kapitlen om du har tid att göra så. Den första halvan av boken är mera informativ angående olika ekonomiska teorier. Den andra halvan lär fokusera på hur man kan använda eller anpassa ekonomiska teorier på samhället.
Välkommen att läsa och diskutera med oss! Du hittar oss med bok och papper i hand sittandes vid något bord nära ingången på första våningen.

We want to remind everybody interested about our reading circle tomorrow 5pm at Panimoravintola Koulu (Eerikinkatu 18). The event description is included bellow.
Åbo gröna vänster began in the autumn of 2016 to hold regular reading circles. The idea was to read and discuss such subjects that we ourselves wanted to learn more about. Now we will continue with reading the book: Economics The User’s Guide written by Ha-Joon Chang.
We continue with the other half of the book because we have already read the first half in the spring whereafter we decided to take a break from the reading circles. There?s nothing to worry about if you haven?t read the first half or if you missed some chapter. You can still participate! The idea with our reading circles is simply to discuss and help one another to understand subjects that touch upon society in one way or another.
Next reading circle that is the 1.10 at 5pm we read and discuss chapter 6 and 7 from the Economics book.
You are free to familiarize yourself with the earlier chapters if you have the time to do so. The first half of the book is more informative regarding different economic theories.
The other half should focus on how to use and adapt the economic theories on society.
You are welcome to read and discuss with us! You will find us with book and paper in hand sitting at some table near the entrance at the first floor.
